TRADER QUINTREX 390 OUTBACK EXPLORER PROMOTION

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is GSM Electrical (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 38 603 377 484) & SAL National,trading as SAL Lighting  ABN 19 442 566 015 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00:01 am on 15 September 2026 and closes at 11:59:59 pm on 15 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
All times are Queensland local time.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are electrical contractors and who make an eligible purchase during the Promotion Period from one of the participating wholesalers listed in clause 5.
Employees of the Promoter, participating wholesalers, their related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, contractors directly involved in administering the promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not satisfy these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must make an eligible purchase of TRADER products totalling at least $250 + GST during the Promotion Period from a participating wholesaler.
Each $250 + GST of eligible spend entitles the entrant to one entry into the draw.
For example:
$250 + GST spend = 1 entry
$500 + GST spend = 2 entries
$750 + GST spend = 3 entries

Any amount below a further $250 + GST increment does not qualify for an additional entry.

The entrant must complete the required entry process specified by the Promoter.

Only eligible TRADER purchases made through these participating locations during the Promotion Period qualify for entry.

6. Eligible Purchases
Eligible purchases must be made during the Promotion Period and must be paid for in accordance with the participating wholesaler’s normal trading terms.
Purchases that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, credited, returned or otherwise reversed may be excluded from the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligible purchases and associated entries.

7. Prize
The prize is one Quintrex 390 Outback Explorer boat and one Quintrex 749 ATM Alloy Trailer, with a total advertised prize value of $15,000 (“Prize”).
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
The Prize is subject to the manufacturer’s and/or supplier’s applicable specifications, terms and conditions.
Any costs associated with registration, insurance, licensing, transport, fuel, delivery, safety equipment or other expenses not expressly included in the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

8. Draw
The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. There will be 2 Drawn entries from each participating branch that will be then submitted into the final Winning draw.
The final draw will take place at:
Date: 18 December 2026
Time: 10:00 am Queensland local time
Location: MM Maroochydore, 2/10 Newspaper Place, Maroochydore QLD 4558.

One winner will be drawn.
A reserve entry/winner may also be drawn for the purpose of conducting a redraw if required.
The draw will be conducted in accordance with all applicable Queensland lottery and promotional competition requirements.

9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels following confirmation of the winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [7/14] days, or is subsequently found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable Queensland requirements.

10. Proof of Purchase and Verification
The Promoter may request reasonable proof of purchase and/or evidence supporting an entrant’s eligibility.
Failure to provide satisfactory proof of purchase may result in the relevant entry being deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

11. Multiple Entries
Eligible entrants may receive multiple entries during the Promotion Period.
Each $250 + GST of eligible TRADER product spend entitles the entrant to one entry.
There is no maximum number of entries unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.

12. Changes, Cancellation or Disruption
Subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel or extend the promotion where circumstances arise that are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical failures, fraud, unauthorised intervention or circumstances that compromise the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.

13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable privacy laws.
Personal information may be collected for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting entrants and conducting promotional activities associated with the promotion.

14. Publicity
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use the winner’s name, photograph and/or likeness for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes relating to the promotion, subject to applicable law.

15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies and participating wholesalers are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the Prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
