IP66 Heavy Duty Suspension Sockets
• Buffalo suspension sockets provide versatility and functionality, to position power overhead in convenient places above benches or work areas where other fixed sockets cannot be located.
• The main housing contains a solid loop for chain or wire rope connection, to provide support and strain relief for electrical cabling.
• Standard thread ring allows interconnection of weatherproof plugs, to assist in retention in the socket during operation.
• Double pole switching for the socket with large terminals 5.5mm A and N terminals with 4mm Earth
• Integral power available LED
• Features internal cord clamp for mechanical cord restraint
• Diameter of cable gland entry Ø10.5mm to Ø7.5mm for heavy duty cable.
• Available in resistant white for better performance in kitchens and deli applications to cope with the cleaners and blend in with white décor that is often used
• Red slide switch and button to symbolise suitability for acidic cleaner resistance applications like others in the Buffalo range
• Spring loaded flap to maintain the IP rating when plugs not installed
• Ideal for use with the BUP310 and BUP315 series Buffalo plugs.
